Vitamins for Hair Growth

If having a bad hair-cut is not bad enough, then the slow hair growth will simply make your life miserable. Yes, there are many fashionable hair wigs in the market, but who want it if you can have your hair flown naturally? So, do not panic if your hair growth is slow because I am here to tell you how you can speed up your hair growth by taking the appropriate vitamins such as:
(i) Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps to improve blood circulation to the scalp, to stimulate the immune system and eventually speed up the hair growth rate. This vitamin can be easily obtain by consuming the sunflower seeds, almonds, dried apricots or simply the Vitamin E capsule that can be bought in any pharmacies.

(ii) Vitamin B

I would suggest you to take one capsule of vitamin B or B-complex which is enriched with B2, B6 and B12. Vitamin B2 is one of the best vitamins for hair growth because it is related to the growth and cell respiration and also a catalyst for vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 will improve your hormonal balance and help to prevent depression and stress which are the main agents for hair loss. On the other hand, vitamin B9 or folic acid helps to reproduce cells and improve mental health. Finally, vitamin B12 helps to produce red blood cells and later enhance cell growth. Besides taking the capsule, you may also find these helpful and beneficial vitamins in natural foods; for instances, vitamin B2 can be found in natural foods such as cheese, almonds and mackerel.

(iii) Vitamin C

Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is not produced by the body but it s required for many functions in the human body. One of the major functions of the vitamin C is that it is connected to cell and tissue growth; so, it is required for hair growth. Similar to vitamin B, you may obtain this vitamin by taking either the capsule-form vitamin C (maybe chewable or dissolve in water type) or from natural fruits such as oranges and lemons.

(iv) Vitamin H

Vitamin H does not only promote cell growth but also enhances metabolism which is vital to maintain healthy skin and hair. This vitamin is obtainable either by taking in a capsule-form or natural foods such as liver, chicken, clams, eggs, mackerel, oatmeal, almonds, green peas, peanuts, walnuts, and soybeans.

Besides taking those vitamins, you may also use hair products such as shampoo, conditioner and hair serum that is enriched with Vitamin B, C and H. In fact, you may want to try one of those hair products that are formulated specifically for hair growth. By doing so, you will likely to promote hair growth and healthy hair internally and externally.
